RDH Building Sciences hired Rodney Lock as a senior designer/project consultant in Seattle, along with Dan Rundle as a senior designer, Todd Waffner as a designer, Amada Baez as a building enclosure/architectural CAD drafter, and Chris Lafferty as a building science technologist. In the Portland office, it hired Casey McDonald as an engineer-in-training and Robert Jackson as a project manager. Lock has 13 years in the building science field and experience in civil and structural engineering. Rundle has 10 years in design, focusing on building enclosures and construction defect rehabilitation. Waffner has more than two decades of design experience and a mechanical engineering background. Baez has a 10-year design background that includes teaching. Lafferty previously did contract work at the Seattle RDH office. He has more than 10 years of experience in construction, focusing on window installation and building enclosure coordination for general contractors. McDonald has 10 years of experience in design. Jackson previously worked as a mechanical designer engineer in training. RDH Building Sciences provides consulting and construction management.
