20-year plan drafted for state transportation

The state Transportation Commission released a draft plan showing how the current system will change and grow over the next 20 years.

Transportation Commission Chair Anne Haley said the focus is on keeping transportation infrastructure in good condition — everything from roads and bridges to buses and ferries — as well as making travel times more reliable.
