Mishaps prompt questions about ferry system

  • Washington State Ferries operates 10 routes, including to British Columbia, with 22 vessels, some of which date back to the 1950s.

‘This system is critical to thousands of people, and it's part of our highway system.’

    --State Sen. Curtis King
