Caron Architecture promoted Kim Fong to principal, Andrew Kluess to senior project manager, Megan Kim to architectural designer III, and Amanda Black, Peter Tallar and Laura Uskevich to architectural designer II. Fong began practicing architecture in 1994 and leads design direction for mixed-use, multifamily, hospitality, educational and commercial projects. She is working on 100- to 500-unit multifamily projects. Kluess manages mixed-use, multifamily and commercial projects, including The Central, a 92-unit apartment project at 2203 E. Union St. in Seattle. Kim has been with Caron for four years and is working on a 500-unit project near Othello Light Rail Station. Black is managing multifamily projects in Ballard and First Hill. Tallar's multifamily projects are in Greenwood and Fremont. Uskevich is working on mixed-use, multifamily and commercial projects. Caron provides architecture, interior design, planning, and development advisory services in partnership with its affiliate company, Norca Development Services.
