Bruce Gustafson is retiring from Tacoma-based Enginuity Systems, and Jamie Vinyard and Francis Masotto have joined co-founder Jesse Barksdale in ownership and new management roles. Vinyard is now majority owner and was promoted to chief operating officer. Masotto was promoted to associate principal and will continue as a project manager. Steve Baldridge was hired as a project engineer. He was with PSF Mechanical. In 2008 Gustafson and Barksdale founded Enginuity, which provides mechanical engineering for buildings. Gustafson has been an engineer for nearly four decades, mostly focusing on mechanical/HVAC and plumbing design.
