In Portland, DOWA-IBI Group promoted Tonie Esteban and David Johnson to senior associate, Kenneth Riddle and Rebecca Stuecker to associate, and Jennifer Gentry to marketing manager. Also in Portland, it hired Rebecca Seward as an architectural intern, Julie Condon as an architect and Marta Lilly as an interior designer. In Seattle, it promoted Jeremy Theodore to senior associate and hired Carl Laegreid as an architectural intern. Esteban has nearly 15 years of experience. Johnson has 20 years of experience designing educational, health care, corporate and commercial projects. Riddle has over 12 years of experience. Stuecker works on school design and is a leader of the committee on sustainability. Gentry has over 10 years of experience. She will help move the strategic plan forward. Seward has over seven years of experience in construction management and worked for Project H Design in California. She is working on Sunset Primary School for West Linn-Wilsonville School District. Condon has over 15 years of architectural experience. Lilly became interested in educational design while teaching. Theodore is an architect with a master's in engineering and prior construction experience. He is education practice lead for the Seattle office. Laegreid holds a master of architecture degree from Iowa State University and a bachelor of arts degree from Hastings College in Nebraska. DOWA-IBI Group focuses on K-12 projects in Oregon, Washington and California.
