Aspen Skiing Co. expects to finish the Limelight Hotel Ketchum at 151 S. Main St. in Ketchum, Idaho by December.

CallisonRTKL designed the hotel, which is near downtown shops and restaurants, and a mile from Sun Valley Ski Resort.

The hotel is part of Aspen Skiing Co.'s Limelight brand, which also has a property in Aspen, Colorado.

Limelight Hotel Ketchum will have 99 guestrooms, 14 for-sale condos with 12 “lock-off bedrooms,” a restaurant, lobby lounge, fitness center, outdoor hot tubs, heated pool, patios and fire pits. Kayne Griffin Corcoran Art Gallery will assist with selecting art for the hotel.

The hotel is designed to meet LEED silver certification, with an extra-insulated building envelope, high-efficiency boilers, LED lights, low-water-use fixtures, and locally sourced and recycled materials.

Rowland+Broughton is the interior designer and McAlvain Construction is the general contractor.

McCann Daech Fenton Realtors is the listing agent for the condos.
