After $54M makeover, Pacific Tower is full and ready for another 80 years

The building’s leaky envelope was tightened, energy systems upgraded and all the single-pane windows restored.

Beacon Hill's iconic Pacific Tower — once known as Pacific Medical Center, and for a time the headquarters of Amazon — has a formal dedication ceremony today.
