Smith hires Kundig for Pioneer Square project

Urban Visions wants to put an office building on the site at 316 Alaskan Way S. that it bought last year from Gerding Edlen.

Greg Smith's Urban Visions bought Gerding Edlen's stalled apartment project at 316 Alaskan Way S. last year, and now Smith has brought in a new architect: Olson Kundig.
