Urbis Partners sold to JLL of Chicago

SEATTLE — JLL said it acquired Urbis Partners, a woman-owned commercial real estate company in Seattle.

It did not disclose the price.

In a press release, Chicago-based JLL said the deal will complement its March 2016 acquisition of Washington Partners' Seattle office.

Urbis Partners owners and principals Lisa Stewart and Cleita Harvey, and principal Jim Allison, are now managing directors at JLL. Stewart will also oversee the 11-person Puget Sound agency leasing group.

Urbis represented nearly 4 million square feet of Class A office space in the Seattle central business district, including Safeco Plaza, Seattle Tower and the Rainier Square development, which will include 753,000 square feet of office space.

Stewart said Urbis clients will benefit from JLL's national network and full-service platform.
