Hamm Building voted city landmark

SEATTLE — Seattle's Landmarks Preservation Board voted unanimously Wednesday to designate the exterior of the Hamm Building as a city landmark.

The two-story buff brick and terra cotta building at 4559 California Ave. S.W. in The Junction of West Seattle was built in 1926.
