City seeks team for monorail stations

SEATTLE — The city of Seattle is seeking a consultant to study how to reconfigure the monorail stations at Seattle Center and Westlake Center.

The consultant will create concept sketches and cost estimates for up to three alternatives that will increase capacity, improvepassenger flow and enhance the passenger experience.

Qualifications are due Oct. 11. The study is expected to take up to three years and has a budget of $350,000.

A pre-bid meeting will be held at 11 a.m. Sept. 28 at the Seattle Center Redevelopment Office, Room 109.
