Structural engineering firm Cary Kopczynski & Co. promoted Joel Kipple to project manager and Allison Tran to executive assistant/HR specialist; and hired Anthony Trgovcich and Candice McCouch as project manager/senior design engineer. Kipple has over 11 years of structural engineering experience, from houses to towers. His current projects include 14th & Alice Apartments in Oakland, California. Tran will participate with senior management in tasks and continue with her role in HR. Trgovcich has four years of experience on projects, including UC Berkeley student housing. He working on 1721 Webster, a 240-foot residential tower in Oakland. McCouch has over 17 years of experience as a structural engineer. She has worked on retail, government, school, adaptive re-use and residential projects. She is working on 111 South Peoria in Chicago, and is based in that city. The others are based in Bellevue.
