AIA Seattle will hold the “2018 Medical Design Forum: Design Strategies for Responsive Care” Feb. 8 and 9 at The Mountaineers, 7700 Sand Point Way N.E. in Seattle.
It will explore design strategies and built environments that focus on integrated care, community health and resilience.
A. Ray Pentecost of Texas A&M University is the keynote speaker.
Other speakers include Cale Ash of Degenkolb Engineers, Jason Collins of PCS Structural Solutions, Nicola De Paul of VA Healthcare Systems, Christine Keifer of Harborview Medical Center, T.J. Larocque of Providence Community Care Center, Jeremiah Powers of NBBJ, Elizabeth Wierman of Swedish Medical Center, Corrie Rosen of Mahlum, Erika Henry of DOH, Department of Emergency Preparedness, and Tammy Felker and Kari Thorsen of ZGF Architects.
