Microsoft on board with ultra-high-speed service to Canada and Portland

High-speed rail is already running in cities around the world. These trains are in Zuoying, Taiwan.

Microsoft, British Columbia, Washington and Oregon are jointly funding a $1.5 million study to see whether ultra-high-speed ground transportation could work between Portland and Canada.
