Skanska slims down the design for 30-story ‘ethereal' tower in Belltown

The most striking design feature at grade is the double-height “great room” on the north corner, with both tenant and retail space.

The tower width along Fourth has gone from 120 to 111 feet. The depth is still about 92 feet.
