Bellevue-based Baylis Architects hired Ramiro Zamarripa as a job captain and Joe Molina as a project manager. Staff member Shilpa Karve obtained a Washington architectural license. Zamarripa is in the multifamily studio. He has 15 years of experience and is working on a mixed-use project in Bellevue's Spring District and a mixed-use studio for artists in Edmonds. Molina is in the single-family studio. He has 20 years of experience and is working on custom homes in Bellevue. Karve was hired 13 years ago and has experience on a variety of project types. She is working on mixed-use apartment buildings. Baylis provides architecture, interior design, planning, land-use processing and project and team management.
