Is Bergman Luggage building a landmark?

The 1921 building originally was a Ford showroom and garage. The site now is zoned for a high rise.

Seattle's Landmarks Preservation Board on Nov. 7 will consider nominating as a city landmark the Bergman Luggage building, which is on a site at 1901 Third Ave. that is zoned for high rise construction.
