Streetcar plan's next stop: Who needs it? Who pays?

This shows the streetcar plan presented to council Tuesday. The exact routes and timing are still being established. For example, the purple line could go as far north as Fremont, or go to the Woodland Park Zoo or Ballard.

Plans to build a streetcar network with lines criss-crossing the city are moving forward. Next step: Figure out who really needs it, and who can help foot the bill.
