Eutek Systems sold for $8.5M

By JOURNAL STAFF

PORTLAND (AP) — Maine-based Hydro International says it is acquiring Oregon-based Eutek Systems for $8.5 million in cash plus additional incentives.

Eutek and Hydro are the biggest makers of “grit-removal” equipment for wastewater treatment plants that help protect machinery at the plant from wear and tear.
