Can new resort revive wilting Oregon Garden?

  • Moonstone Hotel Properties pumped $12 million into the resort and has put $200,000 into the garden to date.

    SILVERTON, Ore. — After a disappointing eight years, round two for The Oregon Garden started Sept. 8 with the opening of a new resort.
