Heller Ehrman law firm closing Seattle office

The California-based law firm Heller Ehrman will dissolve Nov. 28, leaving 139 employees in its Seattle office without jobs and potentially more office space on the market, a spokesman for the firm said Tuesday.

Shareholders voted over the weekend to dissolve the firm. However, some employees will stay on to wind down business.
