Canadian makes offer for RV plant
LA GRANDE, Ore. (AP) — A Canadian RV dealer is offering $1.8 million for the Fleetwood Enterprises travel trailer plant in La Grande.
In March Fleetwood closed its travel trailer division and filed for bankruptcy protection, closing plants in Pendleton and La Grande at a cost of about 400 jobs.
