SEATTLE — The Puget Sound Regional Council wants public comment on a list of contingency projects it is recommending for federal stimulus funding. These contingency projects would become eligible for stimulus funds if already-approved projects cannot be completed on time, or if they come in under budget.
“It's very likely we will be able to fund some of these contingency projects,” said PSRC's transportation director Charlie Howard in a statement.
