Weyerhaeuser sells Trus Joist division

FEDERAL WAY — Weyerhaeuser Co. announced yesterday completion of the sale of its Trus Joist commercial business to a subsidiary of Greenwich, Conn.-based Atlas Holdings LLC. Terms of the sale were not disclosed.

Atlas specializes in the purchase of middle-market companies in distress or facing complex financial, labor or environmental issues.
