SEATTLE — The Puget Sound region's industrial occupancy rates appear to have evened out, new research shows.
Colliers International analyzed freight volumes in the nation's 10 largest seaports. The research shows that since 2007, average industrial vacancy dropped 15 percent. But some “positive trends” are taking hold, a news release from the real estate brokerage states.
