Would ferry hurt Port Townsend?

PORT TOWNSEND (AP) — Jefferson County Commissioners were talking about asking the congressional delegation to support a $1 million appropriation for a passenger ferry to run between Port Townsend and Seattle.

But Commissioner Phil Johnson opposed the idea.
