Global Insurance purchased by MCM

SEATTLE — MCM, a Seattle-based independent benefits consulting and insurance brokerage firm, bought Global Insurance Specialists LLC. Terms of the deal, effective June 1, weren't announced.

Seattle-based Global insures fishing vessels, tugs, barges, mega yachts, passenger vessels, seafood, shipyards and boat builders. It has clients around the world.
