Broadway post office sells for $3 million

SEATTLE — A limited liability company paid just under $3 million for the Capitol Hill post office property on Broadway.

The LLC's name is the same as the address: 101 Broadway. The group hasn't filed the names of its managers with the state. Seattle attorney Dan Pepple, the LLC's agent, could not be reached.
