Black Rock Cable is sold for $50M
KIRKLAND — WaveDivision Holdings, a fiber optic and broadband services company, has completed a $50 million acquisition of Black Rock Cable in Bellingham.
Black Rock provides high-capacity fiber optic services in Whatcom, Skagit and Snohomish counties to customers involved in government, medical services, aerospace, communications and manufacturing.
