U.K. opens export office in Seattle

SEATTLE — The United Kingdom on Monday opened a government office in Seattle to promote business, economic and political ties with Washington.

The U.K. is Washington's largest export market in Europe, second largest employer and fourth largest investor, according to a government press release.
