Chef Stratton finds better deals downtown for his new restaurant

The decor in Aragona at 96 Union St. is inspired by the art and design of Spain. Zeroplus is the architect and Erich Ginder Studio is the interior designer.

Jason Stratton co-owns the popular Cascina Spinasse and Artusi restaurants on Capitol Hill, but for his third eatery the chef is heading downtown.
