Estate planners to tackle ‘digital death'

SEATTLE — Two hot topics — same-sex marriage and the online hereafter — will be on the agenda at the 58th annual Estate Planning Seminar, which meets in Seattle Oct. 21-22 at the Washington State Convention Center.

The event is being held by the Estate Planning Council of Seattle and the Washington State Bar Association. Roughly 1,000 lawyers, accountants, trust officers, financial planners and insurance professionals are expected to attend.
