BELLEVUE — Starting this month, households and some small farm owners will see their Puget Sound Energy electric bills drop about 6 percent due to a federal energy exchange credit.
The $63 million credit will be passed on to customers through May 2015. It comes from the Bonneville Power Administration, which sells electricity to PSE that is generated by dams on the Columbia River.
