Vulcan will sell all its apartments to fund more new development

  • The sale will raise money to build apartments, retail and office space.

    Earlier this year, Vulcan listed The Martin, a 24-story tower in Belltown. It is under contract to an unnamed buyer.

    Stack House is also for sale. Vulcan's buildings are in South Lake Union and have a total of 872 units.
