Seattle-based Smith, which describes itself as an experiential commerce agency, named Tony Steel president and CEO. Former President and CEO Chuck DelGrande will remain on the board of directors as vice chairman. Steel was executive vice president of customer strategy services for Merkle, and a partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers. He also spent more than 10 years with IBM Global Business Services. Smith has offices in Portland, Spokane and Ottawa.
