C&W to acquire C&W Commercial

CHICAGO — As part of a larger national deal, Cushman & Wakefield announced that it will acquire Wakefield NorthMarq and Cushman & Wakefield Commerce from the NorthMarq Companies of Minneapolis.

Terms were not announced. The deal is expected to close this fall.
