Safety board: ship wasn't prepared

ANCHORAGE (AP) — The National Transportation Safety Board says inadequate preparation for emergencies contributed to the death of two men on a ship that sank two years ago in Alaska's Aleutian Islands.

The men were aboard the Exito, a 60-year-old former crab boat that was being used to haul cargo.
