Committee to help with Kaiser plan

SEATTLE — The city of Seattle is seeking members for a committee on development plans for Kaiser Permanente Medical Center at 201 16th Ave. E. on Capitol Hill.

The goal is to ensure compliance with the master plan, which describes zoning rules, long range planning of the property, and transportation.
