Seattle's $18.9 million West Galer Street flyover, completed two months ago, is a six-span bridge made of structural steel and concrete. It stretches 815 feet across the Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway tracks and Elliott Avenue West, making it easier to get to the new Immunex campus and the Elliott Bay waterfront
