The 12,000-square-foot, 39th-floor space features expansive views and natural light throughout its interior.
A wood-paneled feature wall slices through the elevator lobby to the reception area. The wall, along with a lowered ceiling plane and accent lighting, leads visitors to the reception and waiting area, where floor-to-ceiling windows offer views of Mount Rainier through the conference room.
The feature wall continues into the conference room, which contains an art deco table that was commissioned for the Chrysler Building's board room in the mid-1930s.
Private offices line the perimeter of the floor. The offices are fronted with frameless, floor-to-ceiling glass to maximize natural light while giving the appearance of larger, more open spaces.
Custom, solid maple slat panels were placed low on office fronts to add texture and warmth to the interiors.
