Verity Credit Union recently completed a redesign of its 2,000-square-foot branch at 1424 Supermall Way in Auburn.
The space is now defined by different retail zones, such as a merchandising wall across from the check-writing stand, and a laptop-friendly seating area that overlooks the children's play space.
There is also open office space, conference rooms and the traditional teller stations. Space for back-of-house functions has also been expanded.
The design includes a warmer color palette, suspended light fixtures, curved walls at varying heights and new furniture. The intent was to make the customer area feel more spacious, and to reinforce the credit union's brand identity.
