Weyerhaeuser Employees' Credit Union has opened a branch at 33616 Pacific Highway S. in Federal Way. A ribbon-cutting ceremony will be held July 28, followed by three days of grand opening events.
The new 5,247-square-foot building has a drive-up ATM and four drive-through lanes. It also has a high monitor roof, four teller stations, a large lobby with a greeter station, an exterior patio display area and 1.2 acres of landscaping.
Emick Howard & Seibert was the architect and Lease Crutcher Lewis the general contractor. Both are based in Seattle.
The branch includes 1,577 square feet of available space. Mark Freitas of Craig L. Michalak Inc. Commercial Real Estate is in charge of leasing.
