North Coast Electric's new headquarters at 2450 Eighth Ave. S. in Seattle's Sodo district brings the company's offices under the roof of one of its showrooms and service centers.
The 85,000-square-foot building includes the company's 10,000-square-foot second-story headquarters, a 20,000-square-foot showroom and warehouse and a 55,000-square-foot service center. The office space was previously leased to a trucking company.
Tenant improvements include a two-story atrium and a mezzanine. The project also included an espresso stand and an illuminated elevator tower.
