PRINEVILLE, Ore. (AP) — Police arrested a Central Oregon contractor accused of soliciting two people to kill a customer who failed to pay for cement work.
Jonathan Fred Andrews, 44, of Bend was charged with attempt to commit aggravated murder and solicitation to commit murder, the Oregon State Police said. Andrews was arrested Monday and lodged in the Crook County Jail, with bail set at $200,000. His arraignment was scheduled for yesterday.
