Rail bridge work will give I-5 drivers a show

Sound Transit has completed a new bridge across the Duwamish River in Tukwila, the first and longest of four balanced-cantilever spans it is building for the light-rail line from Seattle to Sea-Tac airport.

The next bridge, while shorter, will be built on a much bigger stage: it will cross Interstate 5, where thousands of motorists will get to examine contractor PCL's handiwork up close.
