PSE seeks bids for solar power plant

By JOURNAL STAFF

BELLEVUE — Puget Sound Energy issued a request for proposals yesterday for bids to design and build a 500-kilowatt solar facility in Kittitas County.

When it is completed, the plant will be four times bigger than any solar facility in the Northwest, PSE said.
