Schnitzer NW starts Brix on Capitol Hill

By JOURNAL STAFF

SEATTLE — Schnitzer Northwest LLC started construction Monday on 141-unit Brix condo complex at the intersection of Broadway East and East Mercer Street in Capitol Hill, the developer said in a news release.

Construction is slated to be complete in mid-2008.
