LA GRANDE, Ore. (AP) — Eastern Oregon University may be getting a new library — if lawmakers approve the budget proposed by Gov. Ted Kulongoski.
The governor's 2007-09 budget recommendation includes substantial funding for a new $25.5 million library, along with a $13 million university center in Hermiston.
