Another $2.5M sought to expand Oregon airport

SALEM, Ore. (AP) — Three Deschutes County lawmakers have filed legislation to commit $2.5 million, to be repaid with Oregon Lottery profits, to finance a pending terminal expansion at the Bend-Redmond Airport.

The funds would combine with $7.5 million in state funds already committed to the project in fast-growing Central Oregon.
